During my stay, I encountered two staff members, Jalal and Mustafa, who were exceptionally approachable and easy to communicate with. They went out of their way to assist me with my luggage and were kind enough to patiently address a couple of questions I had. Their helpful and considerate demeanour made a positive impact on my overall experience at the hotel.

I particularly liked the staff Alaa who helped me a lot while I stayed. First room given on arrival was very bad. However Staff changed it for me the next day to a better room. Location was good and flexible staff.
